We believe strongly in the ethical implications of cosmetic testing on animals. as well as the use of animal by-products in cosmetics. Additionally, we do not sell to countries that require products to be tested on animals by law.

If you have existing skin conditions such as dermatitis that are highly sensitive, please consult your doctor or dermatologist prior to use or if you are experiencing adverse effects. Please ensure that you follow the use instructions provided with our devices and skincare to avoid irritation.
If your device is not working, please consult the user manual provided and follow the instructions to troubleshoot. If you are still experiencing issues, within 60 day of purchase, please follow our terms and conditions on how to claim your money-back-guarantee. We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels to AUS and NZ, these are the estimated shipping times:
• AUD: 2-7 business days
• NZ: 5-10 business days
We use UPS to deliver our parcels to USA and all other countries, these are the estimated shipping times:
• USA: 5-8 business days.
• UK/Canada: 8-10 business days
• Other countries: 15-25 business days (depending on local post services)
